Background

I have over 20 years of diversified business experience. In 1991 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. I joined Dow Chemical in the Commercial Development Program and saw rotations in Customer Service, Business Research, and several business groups.  Upon completion of the commercial rotation I took a position in research and manufacturing in Freeport Texas where I learned and applied my engineering skills to support several large manufacturing processes.  After 5 years I joined a small custom chemical manufacturing company and then ventured out on my own as an entrepreneur.   I returned to school in 2001, where I earned an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business with emphasis on Accounting, Finance and Entrepreneurship.  I have been a consultant to many industries and clients since that time.
